في توقيت بالغ الأهمية، ومع تسارع خطوات الدولة المصرية نحو توسيع آفاق التعاون الدولي في المجال الرياضي، يبرز اسم معالي النائب أحمد الخطيب كأحد النماذج البرلمانية والتنفيذية المتميزة التي نجحت في إدارة ملفات التعاون المحلي والدولي برؤية تحظى بالاحترام والتقدير.
وبأسلوب يعكس احترافية عالية في بناء الشراكات الرياضية، ودقة في إدارة العلاقات الدولية، جاءت تحركاته لتدعم مسار التعاون المصري–الأمريكي في رياضة كرة السرعة، باعتبارها واحدة من الرياضات الواعدة القادرة على تمثيل مصر عالميًا.
، عقد السيد وليد حنا، رئيس الاتحاد الأمريكي لكرة السرعة واتحاد أمريكا الشمالية، اجتماعًا رسميًا مع السيد أحمد الخطيب، رئيس الاتحاد المصري لكرة السرعة، بمقر الاتحاد الأمريكي في لوس أنجلوس، لبحث سبل دعم التعاون الإداري والفني بين الجانبين، وتبادل الخبرات في مجالات التدريب والتطوير، تفعيلًا لاتفاقية التعاون المشترك الموقعة برعاية الدكتور أشرف صبحي وزير الشباب والرياضة.
ويأتي هذا التحرك في إطار رؤية وطنية يقودها معالي النائب أحمد الخطيب
، صاحب البصمات الذهبية الواضحة داخل مدينة العاشر من رمضان في دعم الرياضة والشباب، حيث أسهمت جهوده في فتح آفاق تعاون دولي حقيقي ينعكس على تطوير المنظومة الرياضية وإعداد أجيال قادرة على المنافسة إقليميًا ودوليًا.
ويؤكد هذا التعاون حرص الدولة والقيادات البرلمانية والتنفيذية على ترسيخ مكانة كرة السرعة كرياضة تنافسية عالمية، وبناء شراكات استراتيجية مستدامة تخدم شباب مصر وترفع اسمها في المحافل الدولية
Strengthening Egyptian–American Cooperation in Speedball with National Vision and Support from MP Ahmed El-Khatib

At a highly significant time, and amid Egypt’s accelerating steps to expand the horizons of international cooperation in the sports sector, the name of MP Ahmed El-Khatib stands out as one of the distinguished parliamentary and executive figures who have successfully managed local and international cooperation files with a respected and highly regarded vision.
With a professional approach to building sports partnerships and precise management of international relations, his efforts have supported the path of Egyptian–American cooperation in the sport of Speedball, as one of the promising sports capable of representing Egypt on the global stage.
In this context, Mr. Waleid Hanna, President of the American Speedball Federation and the North America Speedball Federation, held an official meeting with Mr. Ahmed El-Khatib, President of the Egyptian Speedball Federation, at the headquarters of the American Federation in Los Angeles, to discuss ways to enhance administrative and technical cooperation between both sides, and to exchange expertise in the fields of training and development. This comes in activation of the joint cooperation agreement signed under the patronage of Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Egypt’s Minister of Youth and Sports.
This move comes within the framework of a national vision led by MP Ahmed El-Khatib, the owner of clear golden imprints inside the city of 10th of Ramadan in supporting sports and youth, where his efforts have opened real horizons for international cooperation, reflecting positively on developing the sports system and preparing generations capable of competing regionally and internationally.
This cooperation confirms the keenness of the state and parliamentary and executive leadership to consolidate the position of Speedball as a globally competitive sport, and to build sustainable strategic partnerships that serve Egyptian youth and raise Egypt’s name in international forums.
